However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It also makes us feel happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can lead to headaches, back pain and other health problems, such as depression, heart disease, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
